If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (minus any service fees), and voucher purchases will receive a replacement voucher of the same value.
Please note, we don't offer returns for change of mind or misuse.

We fully comply with Papua New Guinea Consumer Affairs laws.
You're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, defective, or not as described.
When Returns Are Accepted
You can return or exchange a product if:
- It's faulty or defective
- You received the wrong item
- It was damaged in transit
We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or incorrect choice
- Products showing signs of misuse or damage after delivery
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If your item meets the above criteria:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your proof of purchase and photos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and let you know the next steps.
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted unless required by law.
Refund Processing
Card Payments: Refunds are issued to the same card used for purchase, minus any applicable service or transaction fees (unless required otherwise by law).
Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
Voucher Purchases
If you paid with a voucher or promotional code, your refund will be issued as a replacement voucher of the same value.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved because of:
- A faulty item
- Damage in transit, or
- Incorrect delivery
→ Remington Hi-Tek will cover the return shipping costs.
In all other situations, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
