All products purchased from Remington Hi-Tek come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered

  • Products that fail due to manufacturing defects
  • Parts or components that do not work as intended

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Software issues unrelated to hardware

How to Claim?

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 12 months of purchase.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a description or photos of the defect.
  3. Our team will guide you through repair, replacement, or refund options.

Resolution Options

  • Repair the product at no cost
  • Replace the product with the same model or equivalent
  • Refund the purchase price (per our Returns & Refunds policy)

Return Shipping

  • Approved warranty claims: Remington Hi-Tek covers return shipping
  • Claims not approved: Customer is responsible for shipping
