All products purchased from Remington Hi-Tek come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal use.

- Products that fail due to manufacturing defects
- Parts or components that do not work as intended
Whatβs Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Software issues unrelated to hardware
How to Claim?
- Contact our Customer Support team within 12 months of purchase.
- Provide proof of purchase and a description or photos of the defect.
- Our team will guide you through repair, replacement, or refund options.
Resolution Options
- Repair the product at no cost
- Replace the product with the same model or equivalent
- Refund the purchase price (per our Returns & Refunds policy)
Return Shipping
- Approved warranty claims: Remington Hi-Tek covers return shipping
- Claims not approved: Customer is responsible for shipping
